We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure that you get the fewest shipments possible, we do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we will only charge you once for the total value of your order. To make sure your order arrives safely, we recommend that you or someone else is available to sign for delivery.

Shipping Policy:

  • Orders usually ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days
  • Imprint orders typically require 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse
  • Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and International shipments must be placed with our call center
  • Web Orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the United States and Canada
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • A business day is Monday through Friday
  • Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays
  • Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control
  • Any order places after 5:00 pm EST on a Friday and throughout the weekend will not be processed until the next business day and standard processing and shipping times will apply from that time
  • For all Canadian orders: Custom duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other clearance charges are not provided and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Return Policy:

  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival
  • Contact us in the event of damaged or defective merchandise
  • All claims must be made within 10 days of purchase
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization
  • Include a copy of your invoice with your return
  • We do not accept returns on single leaves or mats, custom imprinted items, or any discontinued or closeout items unless there was a defect in material or workmanship
