CLEVELAND – Tap Packaging Solutions’ assistant vice president of key accounts, Chuck Castle, has recently been inducted into the RCI (Retail Confectioners Sugar International) Board of Directors.

“It has been the warm welcome of the RCI association and its members that has helped my company become a major player in the confection packaging market,” Castle says.
The induction took place live at RCI's Annual Convention Center & Industry Expo, a multi-faceted event for the confectionery industry to network, share ideas and develop their candy making and entrepreneurial skills. The 2016 convention was held last month in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Castle has been an integral part of Tap’s team and an enthusiastic member of RCI for many years. RCI inducts new board members every June, and the not-for-profit trade association has been devoted to serving the interests of confectionery manufacturing retailers and promoting public interest in their products for over 90 years.
A few other key members of Tap including Jordana Revella, Tap’s vice president of sales and marketing and past chair of the RCI Supplier Advisory Board, participated in exhibiting at the annual event.
“Today, I serve on the Board of Directors proudly – giving back to a great association that has given me so much,” Castle says. “I continue to learn and build upon the relationships RCI has enabled me to build and I couldn’t be happier to be among such a reputable and respected group of candy makers.”
