“I am very excited for my new role,” Kvassay says. “My entire career I have been building relationships and striving to streamline everything that is business. It’s exciting for me to jump into learning Tap’s business. I want to build great relationships within the company and with our customers.”
Kvassay comes to Tap with over 10 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, management, merchandising, customer service, and communications. Relocating across the country from Los Angeles, California, Kvassay also brings a sunny west coast perspective to the packaging team.
“I like that Tap is over 100 years old, yet the ideas and vision for the company feels fresh, exciting and creative,” she says. “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to build new relationships from within the company and with current and new customers, and showing customers that Tap is much more that a packaging company.”
“I feel optimistic about business in Cleveland,” she says. “The city has been growing, and along with it, businesses are growing and in turn have access to better opportunities and the ability to hire talented people. Cleveland businesses can be based here and have customers worldwide.”
Kvassay received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University (Kent, Ohio) with minors in Psychology and Marketing. She is originally from Northeast Ohio, and she is delighted to be returning to her favorite city to work for a growing company.
