Tap Packaging Solutions was awarded with six print excellence awards, including Best of Northern Region, during the Printing Industries of Ohio and Northern Kentucky’s Annual Ben’s Bash held February 5 at The Plain Dealer.

Printing Industries of America’s Chairman of the Northern Advisory Counsel, Mark Sparks, of Tap Packaging, participated in the evening’s program by assisting in the presentation of awards. Sparks has been an active member of Printing Industries of Ohio and Northern Kentucky (PIANKO) for more than 7 years.

Tap Packaging’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jordana Revella, was there to accept Tap’s 2015 awards:

  • Best of Northern Region, Brix’s Chocolate Tasting Gift Set
  • Gold Award, Brix’s Chocolate Tasting Gift Set
  • Silver Award, Sukhadia Foods’ Folding Carton
  • Silver Award, Galliano’s Folding Carton Tiki Gift Set
  • Bronze Award, Malley’s Chocolate Covered Strawberries
  • Bronze Award, Brix Tote Box

Each year, the PIANKO holds the Print Excellence Awards competition to honor Ohio and northern Kentucky printers that demonstrate excellence in print. Three out-of-state expert judges are brought in to review the entries and determine if they are worthy of a Bronze, Silver, Gold or even a Best of Region award at the regional level.
